become a touchy issue in the relationship rather than a fun way to
build intimacy. Maybe there was a bout of impotence. Maybe you had a
terrible fight about something sex-related. Whatever the issue, the more
pressure, fear and anger you put on it, the less you want to have sex.To combat this, they recommend sensate focusing, a method coined by researchers Masters and Johnson. It basically involves a series of exercises that focus on the “sense experience” of sex.
