Moe Amatsuka , Awareded as Best pron Star Queen

In less than a year, Moe Amatsuka has gone a gravure pin-up star to the hottest rookie in the adult video (AV) industry.
At the Sky PerfecTV! Adult Broadcasting Awards held last month, Amatsuka topped a field of five candidates in being named Best New Actress. Last year’s winner, Marina Shiraishi, was on hand to present the emotional 21-year-old with her prize.
“This is like a dream,” said the teary-eyed actress, representing the Enta! channel. “I was determined to run up here (to the podium) with a straight face, and now these are tears of happiness.”
Held in a theater in Shibuya Ward, the somewhat tongue-in-cheek annual event uses online voting by fans to present to present a number of awards to the top female stars appearing on the more than 10,000 AV programs broadcast last year on the nearly 20 adult channels on the Sky PerfecTV! satellite network.
Other notable awards went to Mana Sakura (Best Actress) and Ayumi Shinoda (Best Mature Actress). The Best Picture award was presented to a lesbian feature from Rainbow Channel starring Saki Hatsumi and Chika Arimura. Shimiken won the first ever Best Actor prize in the 11-year history of the event.
