Porn star-turned-actress Sunny Leone is all set to enthrall Kannada audiences in a brief role in upcoming romantic-drama "Luv U Alia". She will also be grooving to a special song along with a young actor.
"Sunny has been signed for a cameo. She will also be doing a song titled 'Kamakshi' with a young Kannada actor, whose identity we've kept a secret. She's expected to join the sets in June," the film's director Indrajith told IANS.
The song will be shot in a specially erected set here after Sunny completes her scenes.
Last year, Sunny featured in an item number in Kannada film "DK".
"Luv U Alia", which features Ravichandran and Bhumika Chawla in the lead roles, also has actor Kiccha Sudeep in a cameo.
The FIR registered is against Leone and some unidentified people who have uploaded porn videos of the actress on the website.
The complainant also alleged that by doing this, Leone is not only promoting obscenity but also damaging Indian society. The complainant alleged that she recently learnt about Leone spreading sexuality in society. She visited the website and found many of her porn videos on it. And that is why she demanded action against her and all those who uploaded the videos.
On basis of the complaint, the local Ramnagar police have booked Leone and others under Section 292, 292A, 294 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and also under section 3 and 4 of Indecent Representation of Women's Act and section 67 of Information Technology Act 2000.
Sunil Shivarkar, senior police inspector of Ramnagar police said, "On the basis of complaint, we have registered an FIR against Leone and others and also case has been transferred to Thane Cyber Cell for further probe".
